Ideally, this would go into an optional file, to avoid upsetting people who prefer the current progression. I am making this post to suggest an alternative armor progression for TTW that I feel better reflects post-Bethesda Fallout canon. As I have said before, and continue to maintain, the stats used in TTW do not accurately reflect current Fallout lore because they place more value on older lore than newer lore and ignore Fallout 3's ret-cons of Fallout 2 lore.
